Say Goodbye to joint pain.

Daily consumption of unhealthy food choices leads to decay of calcium, Magnesium, and other vital nutrients which are prime elements of a healthy joint.

Nowadays the majority of foods are containing

Toxins and additives are not being eliminated by our bodies. In the end, these situations are leading to an Osteoporosis situation in which the strength of bones is like a hollow skeleton under a situation of pressure it breaks.

Here, some remedies are put forth to guide you all well.

  1. Switch to Jaggery in place of Sugar

We are daily eating sugar, white sugar, or refined sugar which are in the form of Hydrochloric acid, and bones are made of Calcium. After years excessive consumption leads to chain reaction and bones become Hollow from inside.

There is a proven scientific result on the group of Indian and African villages where people are preferring to eat jaggery in place of sugar and those alll people have good condition of bones after the age of the 80 and plus.

2. Strength Training

           It is evidence that doing strength training and combined powerlifting regularly or thrice a week leads to improved stability and endurance of the muscle and along with it also provides great posture and mobility to the body. So doing weight lifting or bodyweight exercises make our body proactive about muscle loss and stability.

              A person can include squats , bench press and deadlift which are great measures for the reputation of muscle.

3. Maintain Calcium intake:

Calcium  is an element which is crucial for the overall  health of our healthy bones if there is no proper amount inside the bones there will be no in side density of bones As a result of this  there are chances of getting osteriopyresis if we want to stay away from every kinof the diseases we must take precaution in advance we can start eating Fenugreek seed which contains high amount of calcium some other examples are milk, Soya foods,seaweed and molasses.

4) wearing sleeves and braces

Many athletes have confirmed that a person who is suffering from any kind of joint pain or muscle around the joint must wear such sleeves which are breathable and provide  enough support.Using this kind of sleeves may longer the the durability of the joint the capacity  to uplift the internal strength  to support  heavy load in our daily ;ife routine and work place.

5) Lemon, Dried Ginger powder

Lemon and dried ginger powder are playing an important role in the rehabilitation of any sports injuries or joint pains as both have such powerful antioxidants so eating mindfully both will help to prevent as well cure all disease related to bones.

We can use both in cooking vegetables or in drinks too. As per taste and convenience of a person but both these are must to be used.

6) Massaging those part from external side

When a person is doing massage in a particular area there will  be proper flow of blood in that  area and oxygen supply so  a person can relieve chronic pain inside the body.

Massaging joints like knee,elbows and neck and other joints with lukewarm oil.Massage oil such as sesame oil, mustard oil and coconut oil are best examples of those.

Doing this kind activity  for more than a week there will be noticeable  changes inside the pain and all symptoms of that.

5) Eating nuts and seeds

It is common observation that any mechanism lacking lubrication may start making noise in the same way we can say that when there is no lubrication between the joints it will interrupt the system and disorder will start.

Eating peanuts,sesame, olives, cashew and figs have such nutrients which develop and  strengthen the bones of the entire body so everyone must add such types of nuts in day to day life as per age and activity.

7) Ice pack / heat

In the rehabilitation of any joint pain and recovery  after major or minor fracture of sports  injuries we cannot forget the name of these highly effective ice packs.

When any ice pack is placed on the bones where it has been placed according to the law of thermodynamics it starts functioning.Difference created between the body and ice pack  leads to creation of the loop of the blood circulation inside the body.

Heat is also used to do the same as mentioned above giving passive heat to cure any joint inside the body is also highly preferable. Giving heat is recommended in the case of Cold environment.So  as per requirement we use either heat or ice pack.
